The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an exceptional Program Operations Lead to play a vital role in a mission-critical initiative that directly impacts the lives of U.S. military service members and veterans. In this key role, you'll support a sophisticated, multi-functional global program spanning 300+ locations worldwide. The program encompasses program management, curriculum development, training and advisory support, data analytics, and operational planning—all in partnership with the military services and the Department of Veterans Affairs to deliver integrated support for those who serve and those transitioning to civilian life.

Responsibilities:

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Support comprehensive program management and administration across multiple functional areas
  • Enable effective curriculum development, onsite training, and advisory support delivery
  • Facilitate data analysis and program evaluation to continuously optimize outcomes
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a geographically dispersed workforce
  • Oversee compliance and scheduling for a complex, multi-site program

Execute Strategic Initiatives

  • Lead tactical and operational planning aligned with modernization strategies
  • Ensure exceptional performance through proactive management, quality oversight, and coordination with government leadership
  • Identify process improvements and implement solutions that enhance program effectiveness

Build and Strengthen Partnerships

  • Interface regularly with senior government and military services stakeholders
  • Communicate program health, identify challenges, and propose actionable solutions
  • Travel as needed to support site visits, program activities, and customer engagements at various CONUS and OCONUS locations

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in managing complex operations with demonstrated expertise in leading teams and managing programs of national scope in the Federal Government
  • Experience managing the day-to-day operations of a geographically dispersed workforce
  • Experience managing compliance and scheduling for a complex program

Desired:

  • Proven track record in leadership roles in large-scale programs ($25M+ annually)

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
