Job Description

Project Administrator – Construction Administration Location: New York, NY Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (Dependent on experience) This is an opportunity to join a highly respected, design-focused consultancy known for delivering complex, well-executed projects and maintaining exceptionally high standards during construction. The team you’ll be joining is collaborative, structured, and detail-driven. They care deeply about quality, clarity, and doing things the right way, not the rushed way. You’ll sit at the heart of live construction projects, working closely with architects, contractors, and senior stakeholders, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Package • Competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (Dependent on experience) • Great benefits package • Stable, long-term role within a well-established practice • Exposure to technically interesting, design-led projects • Supportive leadership and clear processes Office: New York, NY Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 6:00 pm Duties • Coordinate project meetings, agendas, and clear, concise minutes • Manage submittals and RFIs through Procore (or similar systems) • Track reviews, follow up with design teams, and keep workflows moving • Monitor changes impacting scope, cost, and programme • Support QA/QC processes and flag issues before they escalate • Maintain priority lists and ensure deadlines and service levels are met Requirements • Background in architecture, construction, or construction administration • 3–5 years’ experience in an architectural or CA environment • Confident using Procore or similar platforms • Strong understanding of construction documentation • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail • Comfortable communicating with consultants and contractors Interested?
