Job Description

The Project & Sub-Compliance Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting both the Accounting and Sub-Compliance departments by ensuring that all projects and subcontractor compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time. This role ensures Optiline's projects remain financially sound, legally compliant, and audit-ready supporting timely billing, subcontractor payments, and smooth project close-outs.

This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer(CFO) and collaborates closely with the Controller, Project Accountants and Sub-Compliance Officer to uphold Optiline's compliance standards across all active projects and vendors.
