Job DetailsWe're looking for a talented and driven Project Architect to join our growing Milwaukee team. You'll take ownership of projects from concept through completion, serving as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.What you'll be doing:

• Leading architectural design and documentation across multiple project types including corporate, healthcare, municipal, K-12, industrial, and retail
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining our high standards of quality
• Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders throughout all phases of design and construction
• Mentoring junior staff and contributing to a culture of excellence
• Navigating permitting, code compliance, and client presentations with confidence

What we're looking for:

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• Active licensure or actively pursuing licensure (RA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in a project architect or similar role
• Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Experience across multiple project sectors is a plus
