- Conduct ongoing quality control reviews of project documents
- Select, evaluate, and detail building systems
- Partner with the Project Manager to adhere to both client project budgets and internal financial guidelines
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to establish project plans, milestone schedules, and staffing needs
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Construction Team to understand cost estimates, construction sequencing, and project constructability
- Support internal continuing education sessions and lead lessons learned initiatives
- Research building systems as needed
- Collaborate with the Project Designer to bring the design vision and intent to life
- Lead the project team in documentation, modeling, quality control, and coordination with consultants
- Demonstrate proficiency in developing building facade details and/or coordinating interior building systems
- Apply zoning, building, life safety, accessibility, and energy codes as applicable
- Assist in the development of project manuals
- Resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead or delegate tasks related to construction administration
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Mentor and train junior staff members
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare architecture
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an NAAB-accredited program
- Professional licensure
