Project Architect
  1.   JOB SUMMARY
Foreman Architects Engineers, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Project Architect in our Zelienople, PA (Pittsburgh area).
  1. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Ability to take a project from the conceptual phase through the construction phase utilizing artificial intelligence tools.
  2. Prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, or construction time.
  3. Consult with client to determine functional and spatial requirements of structure.
  4. Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents.
  5. Plan layout of project.
  6. Prepare contract documents for building contractors.
  7. Prepare scale drawings.
  8. Integrate engineering elements into unified design.
  9. Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with contract documents.
  10. Administer construction contracts.
  1. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  1. Registered Architect
  2. 5 years experience with the same company
  3. LEED BD+C accredited
  4. Expert with BIM software
  5. Extensive experience in the design & BIM drafting of sustainable design of educational, healthcare and commercial projects.
  6. Use of Artificial Intelligence as a tool is mandatory
