Understanding of Professional Services experience in consulting Experience in technical writing Resource management Project Staffing with suppliers Human Capital Management Strong writing and editing skills Business Analytics ( Tableau, Smart sheet, automate tasks, analyze large dataset ) Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) Highly analytical and eye for detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills. The Resource Manager must also ensure that project resourcing is managed in order to assure timely delivery and must communicate to appropriate Project Managers resourcing issues that may impact scheduled deadlines.
