Job Description
About the Role: We're seeking a Project Controls Manager (Business Improvement Manager ) to drive efficiency and innovation across our construction management projects in North America. In this role, you'll optimize processes, lead lean initiatives, and enhance project controls ensuring cost-effective, high-quality service delivery for corporate offices, refineries, and other key sites. If you're a problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. What You'll Do:
- Analyze & Improve Evaluate business processes to boost productivity, cut costs, and enhance service delivery.
- Train & Mentor Develop and deliver operations training while coaching teams on lean methodologies.
- Oversee Project Controls Monitor cost planning, estimating, scheduling, and project performance.
- Lead Change Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement engineered labor standards.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally Work with operations managers to embed best practices across sites.

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

- Ability to analyze data, optimize workflows, and drive measurable results.
