Primary Skills: Content management (advanced), Training logistics (advanced), Data analysis (intermediate), Communication drafting (intermediate), Project tracking (intermediate) Contract Type: W2 Location: Arlington, VA (#LI-Remote) Duration: 6 Months Pay Range: $35 - $37 per hour#LPJob Summary: This is a Part-time role which will provide essential operational support to ongoing product and partner enablement initiatives. The coordinator will manage the logistics of training sessions, maintain and update enablement content, and assist with content production. This position is crucial for ensuring field success by executing high-volume tasks related to learning resources and communication.This role is Open to hybrid or remote work for candidates local to EST or CST. Would also be open to candidates local to Arlington, VA.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions and microlearning modules.
- Manage and update content within the Highspot platform.
- Assist in drafting communications and converting product content into accessible formats.
- Administer and compile results for knowledge checks and feedback surveys.
- Curate and maintain frequently asked questions from various channels.
- Proficiency in managing digital content platforms.
- Strong organizational and logistical coordination abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
