Project Coordinator- Residential Construction

New York City | $35-$45/hr | Full-Time

High-End Residential Remodeling Experience Required

Dancoby Construction is hiring a Project Coordinator- Residential Construction to support and help manage high-end remodeling projects across NYC.

This is a field-based leadership role inside occupied homes. Experience in residential remodeling is required. Commercial-only backgrounds will not be considered.

What You'll Do

Field Coordination

Support residential remodel projects from pre-construction through completion
Coordinate subcontractors and trade schedules
Confirm materials, deliveries, and logistics
Track timeline and budget performance

Client Communication

Provide daily homeowner updates
Run weekly progress meetings (as needed)
Document selections and scope changes properly

Jobsite Standards

Maintain clean, organized, professional jobsites
Manage dust protection and safety in occupied homes
Ensure work meets plans and finish schedules

Documentation

Complete daily reports in JobTread
Maintain photo documentation
Schedule and attend inspections

What We're Looking For

2+ years of residential remodeling experience
Experience working in occupied homes
Ability to read architectural plans
Strong client communication skills
Finish carpentry or detail experience preferred
OSHA 10 (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Valid driver's license

Compensation & Growth
