The Role We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced team. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, keep documentation up to date, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and serve as a point of contact between clients and internal teams. This is a hands-on coordination role — great for someone who likes process, structure, and staying on top of the details.
Responsibilities
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
- Track milestones, deliverables, and action items throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture notes
- Provide weekly status updates to stakeholders and clients
- Manage project dashboards and workflows in Monday.com
- Support resource planning and procurement coordination
- Identify scope changes and flag for internal review
- Support UAT and project closeout activities
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage 6-8 projects at once
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Monday.com or similar tools a plus
- Technical aptitude or SaaS experience a plus
- PMP or similar certification a plus but not required
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
