Job DetailsThe Project Coordinator will provide essential administrative and logistical support for a high-impact systems implementation initiative. This role will be central to maintaining schedules, documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination across departments and vendors. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in nonprofit, legal, or professional service settings, and is comfortable navigating a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, documentation, and project tracking tools
  • Support stakeholder communications, meeting logistics, and progress reporting
  • Assist in planning user training, system testing, and phased rollouts
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; experience with project tools like Slack or Monday.com is a plus
  • Experience supporting IT, software, or systems implementation projects
  • Comfortable working within organizations of 500+ employees and managing complex coordination efforts
