Role Overview
As a Project Coordinator, your main priority is to plan, oversee, and document all aspects of your assigned projects. Working closely with Project Managers, upper management, and cross-functional departments, you will ensure that the project scope, direction, and timeline stay strictly on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Project Tracking: Develop and maintain project performance databases to track overall progress, milestone achievements, and deliverables.
Logistics & Routing: Route site deployments using third-party programs (e.g., Mapline) and continuously update live site logs with field data.
Pre-Installation Coordination: Conduct necessary pre-installation phone calls, including managing low-voltage permitting needs and planning with General Contractors.
Resource & Field Management: Assign resources effectively to boost efficiency. Monitor technician time on-site, follow up on field issues, and escalate obstacles to the Field Support Supervisor.
Communication & Escalation: Serve as the central communication point between company teams and external third-party vendors. Report project risks and trend analyses directly to Team Leads and the PMO.
Required Qualifications
Software Proficiency: Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (specifically maintaining Excel spreadsheets and Live Docs).
Skills: Strong ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and work independently within a fast-paced team environment.
Communication: Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
