Job Overview
We are seeking a Project Coordinator III to support AI-powered operational workflows and project coordination across entertainment content initiatives. This role combines project coordination with AI-assisted application development, enabling teams to accelerate production timelines, automate manual processes, and improve operational visibility.
The ideal candidate has experience using AI coding assistants, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, and building lightweight web applications or automation solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leveraging emerging AI technologies to streamline workflows without serving as a traditional software engineer.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal web applications that surface project updates, milestones, and production status.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools to build features, generate code, and accelerate development workflows.
- Create and maintain automation workflows that integrate internal systems for real-time project tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate project workstreams across producers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Rapidly prototype AI-enabled solutions to improve documentation, communication, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with platform and engineering teams to implement feature enhancements and improve internal tools.
- Monitor application performance, validate data accuracy, and communicate issues to stakeholders.
- Maintain organized project documentation and ensure accessibility across project teams.
- Support onboarding efforts by introducing teams to new AI tools, workflows, and operational processes.
- Drive continuous process improvements through automation and AI-enabled workflow optimization.
Must Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, application development, AI workflow implementation, or a related field.
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Gemini, MyClaw, or similar large language model (LLM) development tools.
- Experience submitting code changes through version control and code review workflows.
- Experience building or maintaining web applications, internal tools, or dashboard solutions.
- Ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional project workstreams, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Experience integrating AI into production workflows or development operations.
- Familiarity with project management platforms and production tooling.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with AI-assisted rapid prototyping ("vibe coding") and iterative feature development.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, agent-based workflows, and AI code generation.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
- Knowledge of workflow automation, system integrations, triggers, and data flow architecture.
- Experience coordinating work involving external development teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UX design, interaction design, or visual design for web applications or digital platforms.
- Experience supporting entertainment, media, streaming, or content production organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
