Job Description

Mechanical/HVAC Subcontractor looking for a Project Engineer/Assistant PM

Are you extremely focused, strategic and task oriented? We want to talk to you!

Job duties

Reading plans and conducting onscreen takeoffs
creating project budgets and generating proposals for customers
Manage projects during production to ensure the projects are completed within budget
Schedule job-site visits with our Production Team
Make takeoff sheets, determine pricing and create estimates for our specialty project customers
Extract details from plans when requested
Answer inquiries from customers and other members of the team on the phone and via email
Other office duties, projects and tasks as assigned
Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam preferred
Excellent communication skills and excel in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Exel
Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without restrictions
