Project Engineer
An employee-owned, nationally recognized mechanical construction and facilities services firm is seeking Project Engineers with 1-3 years of experience to support Project Managers on large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
This organization provides full lifecycle mechanical solutions including HVAC, plumbing, controls/building automation, engineering services, and prefabrication support. Projects include healthcare, education, mission-critical facilities, commercial high-rise, and industrial installations.
Position Overview
The Project Engineer is responsible for assisting on mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, scheduling expertise, and coordination with internal engineering and fabrication teams.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of commercial mechanical project engineer experience
- Construction Management related degree
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and financial tracking
- Familiarity with project management software platforms
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
