Job Description

Project Engineer / Assistant Project ManagerAssist Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project coordination

Manage submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and project documentation

Track project schedules and support milestone achievement

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and consultants

Review drawings and specifications to support project execution

Assist with change orders, budget tracking, and cost management

Support procurement activities and material deliveries

Maintain accurate project records and reporting

Participate in project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders

Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budgetA successful Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager should have:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred1-3 years of experience in commercial constructionPE, Project Engineer, APM, or Assistant Project Manager experience preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software is a plus
