Project Engineer
- Ground-UpThe Project Engineer
- Ground-Up will:Support Project Managers on multiple active construction projects.Assist with project coordination, documentation, scheduling, and subcontractor communication.Track project progress and help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.Collaborate with field and office teams throughout all phases of construction.Gain exposure to a variety of project types, including commercial, healthcare, education, multifamily, and industrial work.Participate in a hands-on development program designed to provide experience across different project functions.Work closely with experienced construction professionals in a team-oriented environment.A successful Project Engineer
- Ground-Up should have:0-4 years of construction experience.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.Open to candidates with diverse project backgrounds.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Eagerness to learn and build a long-term career in construction management.Ability to commute to the South Burlington, VT area.Interest in working both in the office and on active job sites.Upon offer, the Project Engineer
- Ground-Up will receive:Base salary: $60,000 - $90,000Medical, dental, life, and short-term disability benefits
