Job Description

Project EngineerOur client is a rapidly growing construction management and general contracting firm with approximately 50 employees and $50M in annual revenue. The company is known for its collaborative culture, open-door leadership team, strong employee engagement, diverse workforce, and commitment to developing talent from within.Job DescriptionAssist with project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes

Support project schedules, procurement activities, and material tracking

Coordinate communication between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams

Monitor project costs, budgets, and reporting to ensure successful delivery

Experience supporting commercial construction projects preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work independently when needed

Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is a plus
