Job Description

Project Engineer

Support Project Managers with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Assist with project scheduling, cost tracking, and coordination activities Partner with subcontractors and consultants to maintain project progress Attend site visits and monitor project milestones, quality, and safety objectives Participate in ongoing training programs designed to develop future leaders

A successful Project Engineer should have: 1+ years of experience within the construction industry Experience supporting healthcare, education, or light industrial projects Exposure to projects valued at $5M or greater Strong organizational and communication skills Positive, driven individual with aspirations to progress into leadership

Annual salary ranging from USD 72,000 to USD 90,000. 3 weeks PTO, comprehensive healthcare, and student loan assistance 7.5% annual bonus with opportunities for career advancement Clear progression pathway from Project Engineer through senior project leadership roles
