Project Engineer

Reporting to a Project Manager, the Project Engineer will play a critical role in supporting project execution from preconstruction through completion.
- Review construction drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and maintain submittal logs and project documentation
- Coordinate and distribute approved submittals to project stakeholders
- Assist with Requests for Information, change orders, and project correspondence
- Support project reporting, tracking, and document control processes
- Assist with project scheduling and schedule updates
- Coordinate communication between field operations and office-based project teams

For the Project Engineer we are seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline
- Approximately 2+ years of construction experience in a supervisory, field, or project engineering capacity
- Experience supporting commercial, healthcare, education, municipal, industrial, manufacturing, or similar construction projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 or comparable scheduling software
- Experience with Prolog Manager or similar construction management platforms preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A proactive, professional, and coachable approach
- Desire to build a long-term career within a growing construction organization
- Ability to work effectively across both field and office environments
