Job Description

Assure all projects are built to drawings and specification

Handle the distribution and coordination of all RFIs, Submittals and Change OrdersClient DetailsThis family owned General Contractor has been around since the 1960s and is well know across the midwest. With their headquarters in Columbus, they do $200M+ in revenue and have a team of 100+ people. They specialize in Higher Education, K-12, Health care, Residential, Correctional, Government, and Sport's Centers. Not to mention, their self-perform division. They also put an emphasis on development giving their employees a set path to meet goals and progress in their career. This had led to an average tenure of 10+ years among all employees.DescriptionAssure all projects are built to drawings and specification

Handle the distribution and coordination of all RFIs, Submittals and Change OrdersAssure all materials orders are executed

Daily project paperwork

Maintaining schedule and meet deadlines

Maintain work flow and strong relations with subs

Maintain and organize field documents ( Drawings, specifications, etc )Coordinate subcontractors

Partake and actively participate in company training sessions

Assure site superintendents maintain clean and safe sites

ProfileDegree in Construction Management or related degree1+ year of General Contracting experience

Experienced in occupied space projects a plus

Strong written and verbal communication

Desire and willingness to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility

Job OfferCompetitive salary & bonus commensurate with experience - salary typically between $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience
