Job Description
Assistant Project ManagerOur client is a well-established General Contractor and Construction Manager with more than 35 years of experience delivering healthcare, education, hospitality, commercial, and institutional projects throughout New England. With annual revenues exceeding $100M, the company has built its reputation on strong client relationships, collaborative project delivery, and a large volume of repeat business.Job DescriptionAssist Project Managers with daily project coordination and administration
Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation
Coordinate activities between subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams
Support procurement efforts, material tracking, and project scheduling activities
Maintain project logs and ensure accurate record keeping
Participate in project meetings and help drive action items to completion
Assist with project reporting, closeout documentation, and turnover processes

Commercial construction experience preferred
Candidates from subcontractor backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Experience in a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Coordinator, or similar role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with Procore and/or Bluebeam preferred but not required
