By providing the majority of mechanical requirements in-house, including engineering, 3D-design, plumbing, sheet metal, HVAC, refrigeration, and controls, we are a “ONE-STOP” shop for any project.Let’s build something together.Purpose of Position: The Project Engineer is responsible for managing a project’s engineering and technical aspects. This includes coordinating with the project team, contractors, and suppliers, resolving any construction issues and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Additionally, the Project Engineer provides technical support and guidance to project team members. They review, manage, and analyze appropriate documentation and perform tasks in support of project needs.What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary of $50,000 to $70,000 US per year D.O.E

Job Location: Boise, IdahoReporting Structure: The Project Engineer reports directly to the Regional ManagerPrimary Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze material costs for purchase
- Manage change orders and subcontractor invoices
- Review and Manage work orders and shop drawings, purchase orders, and change orders
- Consult with project team, contractors, and suppliers to resolve any construction problem
- Perform tasks as directed by the PM in support of project needs
- Cost estimating and quantity take-offs
- Documentation distribution and logging (RFI, Site Instructions, Meeting Minutes, etc.)
Experience, Education & Qualifications:
- Diploma or BSc Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field is an asset
- Able to interpret blueprints, specifications, inspection reports, etc.
- Skilled at managing relationships with subcontractors and vendors
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to track change orders with both owners and subcontractors
- Able to manage multiple projects and tasks at a time
- Consistent ability to meet sensitive timelines
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite including MS Excel, and MS Project

- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Thoughtful and confident decision-making and high ethical standards
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think and react quickly under pressure
