Responsibilities:-Managelaborersandassistprojectmanagersatjobsitesdaily.-Readandunderstandplans,specifications,andotherconstructiondocuments.-Defineprojectscopeandidentifyprojectresourcesforprojects.-Preparepreconstructiondocuments.-Assistprojectmanagersindevelopingprojectschedules,budgets,andqualityassurance plans.-Planandsuperviseday-to-dayjobsiteactivities.-Communicateprojectscopewithforemen.-Actasthemainpointofcontactfortheproject.

Qualifications:-Knowledgeofconstructionprinciples,techniques,andprocedures.-Minimumof1yearofexperienceinroofing-specificconstruction.-Flexibilitywithtravelrequirementsandovertimeasnecessary.-DegreeinConstructionManagement,CivilEngineering,orotherEngineeringdisciplines preferred.-ProficiencyinMSOfficeandgeneralcomputerskills.-Experiencewiththefollowingsoftwareispreferredbutnotrequired: - ViewpointSpectrum -ViewpointTeam -Bluebeam
