Project Engineering Specialist

As a Project Engineer at , you will coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective project coordination in support of a US Army program. Your monitoring of project progress and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards will help maintain project efficiency and deliver high-quality results. In this role, you will have an impact on the company's success by ensuring the successful execution and delivery of complex engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will report directly to our Sr Engineer Program Manager and you will work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule (minimum 3 days per week in office). This role is in support of the US Army's Total InteGrated Engine Revitalization (TIGER) program for the AGT1500 turboshaft engine – the powerplant for the M1 Abrams Main Battle Tank.
