Description

Take the lead as a Project Executive / Senior Project Manager in Columbus, OH, overseeing high-profile multifamily construction projects for a fourth-generation, family-run company with more than a century of industry success. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a respected turnkey subcontractor that combines deep construction expertise, strong financial performance, and a collaborative leadership environment where you can make a major impact across multiple job sites.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Executive / Senior Project Manager position include:

Extensive construction leadership experience with a strong preference for multifamily construction projects
Ability to oversee multiple job sites simultaneously across Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati
Experience coordinating with general contractors, internal project managers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track
Negotiate contracts, write scopes of work, manage subcontractor buyout, and handle pricing negotiations
Provide high-level oversight to ensure subcontractors are executing work properly and internal teams are following established protocols
Strong business mindset with a blend of construction knowledge, negotiation skills, and subcontractor management expertise
Experience with wood-framed construction is helpful, and prior PM or construction ownership experience is a strong fit
Procore experience is a plus, and familiarity with Bluebeam or similar tools is beneficial

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
