We're hiring a Project Executive to lead healthcare and life sciences growth in the Raleigh-Durham market. This is a rare opportunity to combine business development and project leadership, helping shape a rapidly expanding regional presence backed by a top national construction firm.

Description
- Lead business development efforts within healthcare and life sciences sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with major healthcare systems (UNC, Wake Health, etc.)
- Oversee project delivery from preconstruction through close-out
- Provide executive oversight across multiple large-scale projects
- Partner with internal teams on proposals, interviews, and client strategy
- Mentor and develop project teams (PMs, Engineers, Admins)
Profile
A successful Project Executive - Healthcare / Life Sciences should have:
- 15+ years' experience in construction management leadership roles
- Strong local network within Raleigh healthcare or life sciences markets
- Proven success in business development and client relationship management
- Experience leading multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in cost reporting and executive-level project oversight
Job Offer
Up to $250,000 base salary
