Job Description

We're hiring a Project Executive to lead healthcare and life sciences growth in the Raleigh-Durham market. This is a rare opportunity to combine business development and project leadership, helping shape a rapidly expanding regional presence backed by a top national construction firm.

Description

Lead business development efforts within healthcare and life sciences sectors
Build and maintain relationships with major healthcare systems (UNC, Wake Health, etc.)
Oversee project delivery from preconstruction through close-out
Provide executive oversight across multiple large-scale projects
Partner with internal teams on proposals, interviews, and client strategy
Mentor and develop project teams (PMs, Engineers, Admins)

Profile

A successful Project Executive - Healthcare / Life Sciences should have:

15+ years' experience in construction management leadership roles
Strong local network within Raleigh healthcare or life sciences markets
Proven success in business development and client relationship management
Experience leading multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
Proficiency in cost reporting and executive-level project oversight

Job Offer

Up to $250,000 base salary
