Build and maintain relationships with major healthcare systems (UNC, Wake Health, etc.)Oversee project delivery from preconstruction through close-outProvide executive oversight across multiple large-scale projects
Partner with internal teams on proposals, interviews, and client strategy
Mentor and develop project teams (PMs, Engineers, Admins)ProfileA successful Project Executive - Healthcare / Life Sciences should have:15+ years' experience in construction management leadership roles
Strong local network within Raleigh healthcare or life sciences markets
Proven success in business development and client relationship management
Experience leading multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
Proficiency in cost reporting and executive-level project oversight
Job OfferUp to $250,000 base salaryESOP + 401k match$750/month vehicle allowance
