Project Executive/Construction Manager, Manufacturing Center

Our client, a leader in their field, has partnered with Aplin to grow their team!Project Executive – Manufacturability Center (Clean Manufacturing Projects)Overview Our client is seeking a Project Executive to join their growing Manufacturability Center, supporting the delivery of complex, high-value projects across specialized clean manufacturing sectors. This is a newly created, strategic leadership role offering significant growth potential. The successful candidate will initially operate as an individual contributor, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the function expands.This position is available in Seattle, Phoenix, Denver, and Jacksonville.Compensation

• Base Salary: $165,000 – $200,000
• Bonus + Share Purchase Plan
• Vacation: 4 weeks

Project Scope

• Typical project value: $300M – $400M
• Key sectors include:
  • Semiconductor / chip foundries
  • Life sciences / pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Agri-processing
  • Composites and advanced materials
• Focus on clean manufacturing and highly technical industrial construction projects

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex manufacturing construction projects across multiple sectors
• Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders
• Provide strategic input on constructability, cost planning, and execution methodologies
• Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery
• Travel between offices, project sites, and client locations as required
• Support the growth of the Manufacturability Center, including contributing to team development and future hiring initiatives

Key Qualifications

• Background in mechanical or electrical contracting strongly preferred
• Proven experience in industrial and process-driven construction environments
• Strong experience in costing and execution of large-scale, complex builds
• Demonstrated ability working with engineering-led organizations and CAPEX projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
