Job DescriptionThis is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing projects from preconstruction through completion, with a strong focus on execution, coordination, and team leadership.Partner with the internal design team to ensure constructible, high-quality plans

Manage permitting, inspections, and all jurisdictional requirements

Lead procurement of owner-supplied materials, including pricing and lead times

Bid, negotiate, and award subcontractor scopes; build new trade relationships

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and reporting (including monthly cost tracking)Collaborate daily with field leadership to maintain quality and timeline

Oversee RFIs, submittals, requisitions, and project documentation

Drive project closeout and turnover processes
