REMOTE POSITIONHosted Trial Program MangerRole Description:The Hosted Trial Program Manager is responsible for the end to end oversight, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of the hosted trial program. This role ensures that the program runs smoothly, stakeholders remain aligned, and participants have consistent, high quality experiences.The Program Manager will act as the central point of coordination across cross functional teams, driving accountability, transparency, and execution. This includes managing program workflows, tracking performance, ensuring accurate documentation is maintained, and delivering regular reporting on program health and outcomes. A key focus of this role is to evaluate the current program structure, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and implement process improvements that enhance scalability, reliability, and stakeholder satisfaction.Responsibilities:Oversee the end to end hosted trial program lifecycleCoordinate across sales and cross functional stakeholders to ensure alignmentFacilitate recurring program status meetings and communicationsTrack and report on key program metrics, including trial volume, conversion rate and time to closeMonitor program performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesEvaluate and improve program workflows and process efficiencyWork with SMEs to ensure accurate and up to date program documentationEnsure consistency and governance across the programProvide regular reporting and insights to leadership and stakeholdersSurface actionable recommendations based on data and program observationsSupport prioritization and execution of program improvement initiativesManage program capacity and visibility (up to ~50 concurrent trials)Essential Skillsets:Proven experience in program or project managementStrong ability to manage cross functional stakeholders and drive alignmentExperience tracking and reporting on funnel metrics and performance KPIsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insightsExcellent communication skills, including meeting facilitation and executive reportingHigh attention to detail and strong documentation disciplineAbility to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvementStrong organizational skills and ability to manage a steady operational cadenceFamiliarity with CRM and sales pipeline concepts (Salesforce experience preferred)Comfort working with basic intake and tracking tools (e.g., Microsoft Forms, dashboards)
