Job Description

Project Manager Level 2 Contract Duration: 4 months Location: Wilmington, DE – Hybrid preferred; 100% remote will be considered Remote Hours: Eastern Time Zone business hours Pay Rate: $30 - $35

Introduction

We are seeking a Level 2 Project Manager to support the day-to-day project management operations during the onboarding and transition to the new media agency. This role focuses on tracking detailed task execution, maintaining project documentation, coordinating cross-functional deliverables across workstreams, and ensuring seamless handoffs between incumbent and incoming agency teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
3 years of project management experience within an advertising agency, marketing operations, or client-side media environment
Proficiency with Project Management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Workfront)
Proficiency in Google Suite
Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent verbal/written communication skills
Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
4 years of Project Management experience
Experience using Workfront

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Maintain detailed project plans, workstream schedules, and task boards across transition pillars (e.g., tech access, data transfer, account setup, asset handoffs)
Serve as a central point of contact for tracking day-to-day deliverables across Strategy, Planning, Analytics, and Operations teams
Monitor progress on transition workstreams to keep milestones on track
Draft weekly status reports, agenda items, meeting notes, and action-item trackers for internal stakeholders and agency partners
Schedule meetings between internal and agency teams for work sessions and status updates
Ensure appropriate approvals are received from key stakeholders
Track and escalate potential blockers, timeline delays, or technical access issues to the Project Management Lead/Manager
