Job Description

Job Title: Program Manager Location: 100% Remote Duration: 12 months with possible extension or conversion Pay Rate: $60- $65/hr on w2 - without benefits

Introduction

We are seeking a highly independent contractor to lead contract governance and compliance activities across a portfolio of third-party vendors supporting operational processes. This is a fully remote position with a chance of extension and conversion eligibility required. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who requires minimal direction and can effectively partner with business, legal, risk, compliance, and vendor stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Demonstrated experience leading contract governance, vendor management, compliance, risk, and operational programs.
Strong understanding of third-party risk management, contract administration, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
Experience reviewing and interpreting contractual language, particularly related to data management, compliance obligations, and vendor oversight.
Proven ability to develop processes and controls from concept through implementation.
Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 3 years.
Experience supporting regulatory, audit, risk, or compliance initiatives.
Knowledge of data retention, data destruction, privacy, and information governance requirements.
Familiarity with vendor governance and third-party risk management frameworks.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Establish and maintain a framework for monitoring vendor compliance with contractual obligations.
Develop and execute processes to validate that key contract requirements are being met throughout the vendor lifecycle.
Lead initiatives with minimal oversight and independently drive outcomes.
