Project Management & Planning Ops Sr - Level 3

Description:The Project Management role supports the F‑35 STATE team by overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of Special Tooling (ST) and Special Test Equipment (STE). The incumbent will plan, execute, and coordinate activities with internal and external suppliers to ensure on‑time, cost‑effective delivery that meets program requirements in a fast‑moving, mission‑critical environment supporting the F‑35 program.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college, or education/equivalent work experience.

Supply Chain experience.

Project Management experience.

Demonstrated expertise in cost, schedule, and delivery management.

Proficiency with Earned Value Management (EVM).

Desired Skills:

Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Variance Analysis Reports (VAR).

Experience in defense‑related operations such as production, supply chain, and/or quality assurance.

Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication.

Prior experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM).

Solid background in finance and accounting.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
