Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with strong Scrum experience to lead and drive digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should bring a solid background in Agile methodologies, cross-functional team leadership, and stakeholder communication. This role demands hands-on experience in managing large-scale projects with a strong understanding of the customer journey in the hospitality/cruise sector. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time and within scope while aligning with business goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery using Scrum/Agile methodologies
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation plans
• Track and report project performance, ensuring transparency at all levels
• Ensure alignment with hospitality/cruise business objectives and timelines
• Manage multiple projects in parallel and ensure continuous improvement in delivery processes

Required Skills:

• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years in a Project Manager role
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
• Experience working in global teams and managing offshore/onshore coordination
