Job Description
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work 100% on-site in Touche, WA.
- Experience supporting day-to-day management of construction projects to meet budget, schedule, and safety goals.
- Experience overseeing contractor and vendor construction activities on active worksites.
- Project management experience.
- Assist in managing assigned projects to meet budget, schedule, and safety objectives.
- Support and monitor contractor and vendor activities at the project site.
- Assess productivity, schedule adherence, work quality, and safety performance.
- Participate in walk-downs of planned work and verify completion against design requirements.
- Review and support approval of contractor payment requests.
- Verify constructability, ensure proper resource allocation, and resolve field issues.
- Coordinate activities with vendors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
- Assist with scope control, budget oversight, technical issue resolution, performance reporting, and scheduling.
