Job Description

Join the TriHealth Pharmacy Department as a Project Management Consultant and help lead initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth across our health system.

In this highly visible role, you'll partner with pharmacy leaders, clinicians, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects from concept to implementation. Whether coordinating operational improvements, supporting grant-funded initiatives, or leading strategic programs, you'll play a key role in transforming ideas into measurable results that benefit patients and the communities we serve.

Location: Norwood, OH

Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time (80 hours bi-weekly)
  • Day shift from Monday- Friday
  • No weekends or holidays

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration. Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree (Minimum of 9 years of healthcare administration experience).
  • Project management skills and experience
  • American College of Healthcare Executives
  • 3-4 years' experience in Professional Health Administration
  • 1-2 years' experience as Supervisor/Lead

Job Overview:

Under direction this position is responsible for project management of designated change initiative(s) sponsored by a business unit or service line and may be funded partially or fully by a grant or the TriHealth System. Provides day-to-day leadership, program management, partnership development, and operational oversight. Oversees project design, process, outcomes, milestones, and progress, and reporting, as well as flow of funding to departments/stakeholders (internal and external) involved in the project.

Organizes project components, such as employment of staff, development of communications and related materials, data collection, stakeholder education, research coordination, and other applicable tasks. Responsible for reporting on all aspects of the project to grantors, leadership, and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage working relationships with team members and external stakeholders (such as grantors) by building relationships, meeting established milestones and communicating progress and results as indicated in the stratgic plan and/or grant application.
  • Creates and manages project work plans/action registers; including timelines and deliveralbles
  • Organizes, manages and facilitates stakeholders by establishing crossfunctional teams, resulting in an integrated final product that supports the goals of the grant.
  • Identifies, captures, and communicates strategic plan/grant metrics that measure the success of the initiatives outlined by the leadership team.
