Senior Project Manager
My client is an industry-leading general contractor that has been around for over 100 years, generates over $1B in annual revenue, and has been recognized as Midwest Contractor of the Year. Their portfolio includes large-scale healthcare and commercial developments ranging up to $100M per project. We are committed to delivering high-quality, high-impact projects that shape communities and create long-term value. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects and drive execution excellence.
Job Description
The key responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end construction execution for projects up to $100M
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cash flow forecasts
- Oversee preconstruction, procurement, and contract negotiations
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project life-cycle

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 7+ years of construction ground up construction project management experience
- Proven background in healthcare, or municipal construction.
- Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
- Effective communicator with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across the Southeast.
- Proficiency in construction management software and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide field teams and maintain project momentum.
