A family-owned heavy civil contractor in the Siouxland area is looking for a Project Manager/Estimator to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in heavy civil or underground utilities and is ready to move into a Project Management role.
Whether you're already estimating projects or you're a Superintendent looking to transition into project management, this company is willing to invest in the right person.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Estimate and manage heavy civil and utility projects from start to finish
- Prepare bids and review project plans and specifications
- Develop project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and materials
- Track project costs and keep jobs on schedule
- Work closely with field personnel to ensure successful project execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners
What They're Looking For:
- Experience in heavy civil construction, underground utilities, earthwork, or similar projects
- Previous estimating, project management, superintendent, or field leadership experience
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- No college degree required—experience matters most
- Desire to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility
