What You’ll Do
  • Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring design excellence and project efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and consultants to develop innovative solutions.
  • Produce and oversee construction documents while coordinating with sub-consultants.
  • Ensure project success by managing budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Support business development efforts, helping expand our impact in the industry.
What You Bring
  • Architectural Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited university.
  • Licensed Architect with 10+ years of experience managing diverse projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu (We are a Revit-first firm).
  • Strong technical expertise in building envelope design, assemblies, and construction detailing.
  • Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office or virtual setting.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites across the country as needed.
  • LEED certification and experience in sustainable design are a plus!
  • Experience with community engagement is a bonus.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary of $80,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
