With decades of experience, repeat municipal and federal clients, and a diversified project portfolio, they offer long-term stability and a professional project delivery culture.Job DescriptionManage assigned projects from kickoff through final closeout. Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules. Oversee budgets, cost tracking, and change order management. Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and inspectors. Lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and scopes. Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and logs. Utilize Procore to manage project controls and reporting. Proficiency with Procore and standard PM software. Steady work history and experience with reputable contractors. Comfortable remaining at the PM level for the next 2-3 years.What's on OfferBase salary range of $100K-$135K, depending on experience. Stable pipeline of public and commercial work.
