Join the dynamic team at the County of Los Angeles Department of Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk. We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the delivery of temporary staffing services. This role offers the chance to work in a vibrant community just minutes from the heart of Los Angeles, with a rich history and a welcoming atmosphere.

Job Responsibilities:

Act as the central point of contact with the County for staffing services.
Monitor and supervise assigned temporary personnel.
Ensure services meet work requirements by coordinating with the County Project Manager/designee.
Manage day-to-day staffing operations under the Master Agreement.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in temporary personnel placement services.
Experience managing temporary staffing operations and supervising personnel.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to independently manage staffing operations.
Must be a US Citizen.
Reachable by telephone 24 hours/day during an Election cycle.

Preferences:

3 years of experience coordinating staffing services for governmental agencies, especially in clerical, warehouse, supervising, or driving roles.

Work Hours:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time.
