Join Our Team in Arlington, VA: Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic professional to manage our staffing contract and personnel, ensuring the efficient operation of Arlington County's administrative and programmatic functions. This role offers the chance to contribute to a diverse and inclusive community while working in a vibrant urban setting.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and contract compliance.
Coordinate with recruiting teams to source, screen, and onboard qualified candidates across various roles including janitorial, maintenance, and clerical.
Manage scheduling, assignments, and workforce adjustments to meet client demands.
Monitor employee performance and conduct, addressing issues promptly with HR support.
Conduct regular client check-ins, site visits, and quality assurance reviews.
Track KPIs such as fill rate, time-to-fill, turnover, and client satisfaction scores.
Assist in developing staffing plans and retention initiatives tailored to client accounts.
Resolve client escalations and service delivery concerns professionally.

Requirements

Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering staffing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of labor compliance, safety standards, and workforce scheduling practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel locally for client visits.
US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Preferences

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
Experience with ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., JobDiva, Bullhorn).
