Due to continued growth, we're seeking a Project Manager- Marketing & Business Development to join our Northern California team in Roseville, CA. What You'll Do:

  • Support corporate revenue goals by helping develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies
  • Identify, track, and pursue and proposal opportunities within the Special Inspections & Materials Testing market
  • Coordinate proposal development from opportunity tracking through submission and follow-up
  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines to support strategic decision-making
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers
  • Assist in forecasting sales performance and aligning efforts with company growth targets
  • Improve proposal quality, marketing materials, and overall market presence
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine processes, improve efficiency, and adapt to market changes
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to a culture that promotes teamwork, performance, and continuous improvement

  • Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Has a results-driven mindset and takes a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Is comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, including occasional evenings/weekends when needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marking, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Relevant Experience may substitute: 2 years of experience = 1 ear of education
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing and/or sales experience
  • Experience in geotechnical, construction, or materials testing industries (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, proposal tracking tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies is a plus
