Job Title: Project Manager – Business Operations(IT|BusinessSystems|Security)

Overview

We areseekinga highly organized and results-drivenProject Managerto join ourBusiness Operations team. This role willbe responsible forleading and delivering cross-functional projects and programs acrossBusiness Systems, IT, and Security. The ideal candidate will bring strong project managementexpertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive initiatives from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project and program management for initiatives across Business Systems, IT, and Security

  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives

  • Develop andmaintaindetailed project plans, schedules, and budgets

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Operations, IT, Security,CloudOps, Finance, HRand external vendorsdepending on the project scope.

  • Identifyrisks, dependencies, and issues; implementand communicatemitigation strategies proactively

  • Ensure projects adhere to governance, compliance, and security standards

  • Track and report on project progress, KPIs, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership

  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, andELTcommunications

  • Drive process improvements and standardization across project management practices

  • Manage change control processes and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management

  • Proven experience managingtechnicalprojectsinvolving IT systems, business applications, and security initiatives

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

  • PMP,CertifiedScrum / Agile,or equivalent certification preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities

  • Ability to manage multipletechnicalprojects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Solid understanding of business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP), IT infrastructure, and security frameworks

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)

  • Familiarity with AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to enhance productivity, automate workflows, generate insights, and support decision-making 

  • Ability toidentifyopportunities toleverageAI/LLM solutions within business processes and project delivery

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working inTechnicalBusinessOperations or Enterprise Systems teams

  • Exposure to security and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2)

  • Experience managing enterprise-wide system implementations or transformations
