Project Manager

Payrate: $55.00 - $57.00/hr.Summary:The Global Brand Marketing team is seeking a vibrant, self-starting Project Manager to join our team. This role will support Integrated Campaigns Marketing and Digital Creative. It is ideal for a results-oriented individual with strong communication skills, decision-making ability, and a talent for fostering collaboration between teams.Responsibilities:

• Build and facilitate project plans and meetings.
• Communicate timelines and approval frameworks for cross-team understanding.
• Identify, communicate, and recommend solutions to boost team efficiency and productivity.
• Manage a large, dynamic scope of projects with various stakeholders across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and continuous updates.
• Provide timely status updates.
• Identify and remove impediments that block the team’s ability to meet project objectives.
• Facilitate ongoing team discussions and work to resolve challenges.
• Work, think, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
• Maintain a healthy sense of humor and a strong penchant for fun.

Qualifications:

• 3 – 5 plus years of project/program management experience in integrated campaigns from conception to delivery (TV, print, out of home, display, social, website, etc).
• Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously with multiple stakeholders.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal/presentation/written).
• Proven experience working with teams across multiple departments (cross-functional groups a plus).
• Use of independent judgment and initiative to make recommendations and/or solve problems.
• Proactive and results-oriented attitude.

Skills:

• Effective use of Slack, Google spreadsheets, and Google Decks.
• Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and editing software.
• Production on-set experience a plus.
• Prior ad agency experience a plus.
• A strong command of the web and marketing packages.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $55.00 - $57.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
