Job Description

Payrate: $44.00- $47.00/hr.Responsibilities:

Program planning, scheduling, and tracking
- Taking, transcribing, and distributing meeting minutes and action items. High-level follow-through to ensure tasks are completed.
- Interact with outside vendors and various levels of management to accomplish program objectives.
- Independently coordinating complex calendared meetings,
- Assess and/or collate updates and summarize status/activity reports.
Change Management Responsibilities:
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities leveraging known processes and tools to support adoption of the changes required.
- Support communications efforts enabling the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications to teams and management.
- Assess the impact of changes. Conduct analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Support training efforts by providing input, documenting requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Department Responsibilities:
- Administrative support activities including assisting in procurement and portfolio management support.

Skills:

Administrative support experience, comfortable using multiple computer systems, able to shift gears and be comfortable with ambiguity, must be able to recognize priorities and reorganize priorities for staff that they are supporting, proactive in thinking and able identify potential issues, track action items, provide ongoing communication to team to stay on track, look for areas of continuous improvement. Running meetings and providing status updates.
Enabling and providing change management.
MS Office required, Smartsheet, Teams, and Miro/Visio preferred.
Experience supporting complex programs
Change Management
Presentation skills.

Must Have Skills:

Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification REQUIRED
People need to have a strong presence and carry themselves well through interviews. This EW will be presenting to high level of leadership on a regular cadence and need to speak efficiently and clearly.
Candidate must have a strong concept of change management and be able to talk through that in interview
Need high level PM experience (ideally 6-10 years)

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $44.00- $47.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
