Job Title: Project Manager
About the Role We are seeking a driven and dynamic Project Manager to oversee ground-up and adaptive reuse construction projects, variety of commercial developments projects and leading one to three projects at a time.
Responsibilities
Manage all phases of ground-up and adaptive reuse construction projects
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships through clear communication and professionalism
Oversee project teams and coordinate with internal self-perform groups and subcontractors
Provide on-site leadership, with a strong presence in the field as well as in the office, especially while ramping up
Partner closely with estimating and executive leadership to support business growth
Qualifications
5+ years of OSHPD/HCAI projects experience.
Strong building knowledge with the ability to problem solve in the field
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage clients and foster long-term relationships
Ability to balance technical project management with dynamic leadership in the field
Experience managing projects in the $15M-$30M range
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously (typically one to three at a time)
