Job Summary:Seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare IT projects, including clinical and business application implementations, system upgrades, and infrastructure initiatives. The role requires strong stakeholder alignment, execution discipline, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.Key Responsibilities:• Manage full project lifecycle for healthcare applications and system implementations• Develop project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures• Lead cross-functional teams including clinicians, IT, and external vendors• Track scope, budget, and timelines; manage risks and change requests• Provide regular status updates and executive reporting• Ensure alignment with client goals, quality standards, and ROI expectationsMust-Have Skills:• 5–8+ years of project management experience in healthcare IT or clinical systems• Strong experience in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple priorities• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and PM toolsIndustry Experience:• Healthcare / Clinical Systems (EHR, EMR, hospital systems) preferred• Experience with healthcare application implementations or upgrades• Consulting or client-facing project delivery experience is a plus
